Shipping information
Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct postal address and the correct name of the receiver. I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes in the address and name provided. Please double check your shipping information before finalising your order.
Once an order have been shipped, it is out of my control. I’m not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the postal service and cannot recover your items for you unless Tracking & Insurance have been purchased upon check out.
Processing time
It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready to ship. If I’m unable to fulfil your order on time, you will be promptly informed.
Order status
Once an order has been shipped I cannot provide information on it’s current status and/ or location unless Tracking & Insurance shipping has been purchased. I cannot guarantee a delivery within a set timeframe or before a certain date.
Orders typically take:
- Denmark: 1 to 5 business days
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Worldwide: 2+ weeks
Please, bear in mind that these are just estimates.
Items lost in transition
Items that haven’t been insured and tracked cannot be recovered or refunded if lost. If you are making a large and expensive purchase it is a good idea to consider upgrading to Tracking & Insurance shipping.
Return Policy
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted, but please follow these guidelines:
- Contact me within 30 days of your order’s arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not ship your order back without contacting me first via email: radostina @ forindet.com
- The item/s must be shipped in the same condition as they arrived. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping expenses and any taxes or customs fees will not be refunded. All shipping expenses are to be paid by the buyer. The item must be shipped within 30 days of the order’s arrival date. After 6 months records of the sale are erased, so refunds cannot be made.
- In case of any questions and concerns, please always contact me first before taking on any other actions.
- Digital or personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use and damage.
- “Second grade” items sold at half price due to production damages.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (does not apply to Second Sale items). If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send an email at radostina @ forindet.com and I’ll come back to you with further instructions.
Shipping outside of EU
I currently offer shipping only to a few countries outside of the EU. If your country is not on the shipping list, you can still purchase through my ETSY shop (forindet.etsy.com) Orders shipped outside of the EU may be a subject to customs and additional fees and taxes. Buyers outside of the EU are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Additional delays may occur due to customs.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
