Art History Illustration

Date

Illustration | 2016

The Art History Illustration is a self initiated project to help me practice and refine certain aspects of my own personal illustration style. For this project I choose old classical art pieces, anything from ancient to modern art and reinterpret them (or a selected detail) in my own style. The art pieces are chosen based on current mood, personal interest and taste. For each illustration I chose a limited colour palette (trying not to exceed 6 colours). The project is ongoing and new pieces are being added as they are created.
